I have bought 2 pair now, of the Walking Boss Button Suspenders. There is nothing to really to compare with these in Australia. They are rugged and well made in top class material. It seems that suspenders, or braces, as we call them in Australia, are making something of a comeback. Apart from maybe a wider color choice - I would offer only two things that I would like to see changed.
1. I think the suspenders would 'look a little better' if they were made 'marginally' narrower. Say, somewhere between 1 1/2" to a max of 1 3/4". I feel this would give them a wider appeal - particularly among the younger men.
2. The rear button leathers need to have a 'hole' at the base of the slit - to match the front button leathers. This would make them easier to use.
Apart from that - an absolutely top product and they work well with the push-thru brass suspender buttons on jeans/working trousers etc.

These suspenders are a well made product and I expect years of use out of the pair I bought. They stay adjusted because the locking clasps hold well. My only complaint is the leather is extremely stiff when new and with a bit of arthritis in my hands it is all I can do to get the leather tabs over the buttons. In time though, the leather will break in and it will not be a problem.

This is my second order for these suspenders. They are heavy duty and long lasting. I have 4 pairs that I alternate between. If you consistently use the same ones, eventually the leather around the buttons will curl, but it still holds up. Highly recommend. Also you'll need the brass buttons sold separately to put on your pants. We use these on our carhartt work pants, but they also look good with jeans.
