I purchased this overshoe for my son at FSU. It rains a whole lot in Tallahassee and there's lots of puddles on campus. He told me about it and desired a rain boot so he could boldly
walk through the water undaunted. I searched quite a bit on the web, and finally settled into Hanks; inexpensive, the overshoes fit my son's 10and 1/2 just right. Your customer service was especially helpful, they measured the boot sole at the store and gave me the measurement over the phone before I purchased the overshoe. Customer service advised me to get the large, but after talking to my son and having him measure one of his sneakers I decided to take a chance on the medium. And that worked perfectly. Great product, he now can keep whatever he's wearing on his feet on, and able take off his overshoe when he goes inside. There were plenty of other products that would have fit the bill at Hanks, but the convenience of this overshoe won out!

I wore these boots for the first time yesterday and I was very impressed. I walked for hours through several inches of slushy snow in complete comfort. Traction on icy surfaces was excellent. These put the old zipper-style overshoes of my childhood to shame.

These overshoes are comfortable to wear, all day long. They keep my feet dry, as they should, and its great that they're made in this country! They are not heavy or bulky.....as a matter of fact they are just what the product description says they are
