| I have been wearing my new Muck boots everyday. I love them! They are by far the best boots I've ever owned. I fell through the ice on my pond yesterday. It went about half way up on my Muck boots. It was about 14 degrees out & my feet were cozy warm. The water & even the mud repels right back off of the boots. It is amazing! I will be buying my husband a pair of these very soon. These boots don't make your feet sweat, either. Which is what most of the rubber boots do. Buy these boots you will not be disappointed. | ||||

| These were challenging to get the right fit. I usually wear a 10 1/2 - 11 shoe and ordered an 11 boot. When they arrived, I wore them around the house that evening and found my foot slid forward and hit the side of the boot. This caused my foot to go numb and I had to send them back and ordered a 12. I don't have wide feet, so maybe that was part of the problem. At any rate, the 12 works perfect. They are larger than I need, but far more comfortable. I put an additional felt insole underneath the one it comes with and wear heavy weight socks. They work just fine. I've hiked several times in 15-20 degree temperatures for 6-7 hours and was totally warm and comfortable. When I stopped for lunch, I could feel the heat slowly dissipating from the boot, but they never got cold. Once I started up again, they got toasty all over again. I did use them to cross several streams that were quite icy, but once again, not a problem. I would highly recommend these boots and have already done so....several of my friends have also ordered the same boots as a result. I would have given the boots 5 stars if the fit wasn't so challenging at first. | ||||
