	the socks are fine quality-fit is good- I din't know when purchasing what type of fleece these socks were made of--I actually much prefer a fuller fluffier comfort sock-made of a Polar fleece type material which was actully what I was hoping for--Jay V.

	I have been wearing Acorn fleece socks for a number of years now but finding them in the size I need was more difficult then I expected. I finally found Hanks Clothing and "struck gold". Not only does Hanks carry my size but in more that one color to choose from. In addition, the service and communication provided by Hanks has been top notch. There will be no reason for me to go any where else for my fleece socks when it comes time to replace them. Thanks Hanks!

	I bought five pairs of these socks for my husband about four years ago on the recommendation of a friend. The friend, who has been to Antarctica a couple of times said they were great and my husband loves them. My husband wears them for work throughout the late fall, winter, and spring. He recently asked if I would get him a few more pairs of them, a sure sign he really likes them. The original five pairs are still in good shape, showing no signs of wear, no fraying or unraveling of stitching. The fleece isn't quite as thick as it was when the socks were new, but after four years I expect that. I'm impressed by how thick they still are! My husband says they are comfortable and keep his feet warm regardless of the weather.

	I found out about these socks last winter -- and boy are they good! They keep your feet warmer than anything I've tried.I still have to use a space heater in combination WITH these socks,but as I said,they keep your feet warmer than any other socks I've tried. The problem I have {as I suspect it is with most people}is NOT cold feet,but cold FLOORS! And our house is carpeted too! The cold even comes through the carpet! And I've tried those thick merlino wool socks too -- not near as good as these fleece socks!They don't seem like they'd keep your feet warm,but they do! I found this out when I tried some fleece-lined shirts and some fleece-lined jeans -- fleece keeps you warm! Some have said these socks bunch-up -- they do,but it's not a problem because they're not real thick{like those thick merlino wool socks}.So you don't have a problem getting your foot into your shoes.As I said,I still have to use a space heater in combination with these socks,but I've found no other socks as good as these! I ordered two pair and I'll be ordering more!
