The slippers I recently received are much to large. They are to loose on my feet.They are size 10-.5 to 11.5 The previous slippers I owned were 9-10. They were way to small. I cut holes in both shoes with my big toe nail You need a size in between these two. Like size 10-11. The only way I can wear the new ones I received is to stuff tissue paper in the toe of the shoe. |

| Best transaction I've ever done with an online purchase. Although I live in MA, my order arrived 2 days after I purchased it. I placed the order late afternoon/early evening on a Wednesday and it was waiting for me when I got home from work on Friday! Also, the free shipping is the way to go. Not only is it free for delivery, but also if you need to return it or exchange it. They also have a very flexible return policy - you can return it no matter when you ordered it as long as it hasn't been used.
