	Great product. Have been using for 6+ years (this is my 3rd pair). Be careful in the oven though, if you leave them in too long the bottom rubber detaches and shrinks (leave in no more than 2-3 minutes).

	I just purchased my second pair of the Red Wing Moldable Insoles. The first pair was prescribed by my podiatrist for tendonitis in my ankle area which was due to lack of arch support. These insoles solved the problem. I heated them and molded them two or three times to reach my comfort level and then used these for almost 3 years before needing to purchase a replacement pair. I highly recommend these to anyone needing additional arch support. They also help alleviate my lower back pain!

	Worth the money. Makes any boots better, don't care how good they are to start with. I get way more than 2 years out of a pair of these. While they feel much firmer than the original footbeds that come with most of my boots, the targeted support they provide makes them light years more comfortable. Over the summer I wore sandals too much and the balls of my feet started to hurt. I was glad to get back into my hiking and work boots with these insoles; the pain just went away.

	The RedWing moldable insoles are beautiful! I have paid more for inserts, but never had this good of a result. Timely delivery. That makes 8 pair. I just about have enough... Some are 4 years old. I just started putting a date on the bottom of them with a silver marker. Will order more from these people. Very easy.

	The Red wing store owner told me to try these insoles. I said know way a pair of insoles could be worth $50. He said to just take them and give them a try. I had to eat my words. These are worth every penny. I have bought 4 pair of them all together. My boots felt better than tennis shoes so I put one set in them. It helped but I still prefer the boots.

	I have always used these in my work boots/shoes. They are the best. May cost a little more but can get a years worth out of it. Even if you don't put in the oven @ 200 degrees or whatever. Just do NOT put them in the microwave. I did that back in Nov 2007 at a hotel for a new pair, well it burned them, cooked it. Did not make it mailable like heating them would. So I recommend to anyone who stands on their feet most of the day working in any field.

	I bought a pair of Red Wing boots about 6 months ago and all was O.K. until about a month ago, when the balls of both feet started hurting by the end of the day. Having previous experience with Red Wing boots and knowing that they come with a removable insert, I removed the insert that came with the boots and inserted the new ones that I bought from Hanks. They were only marginally better, because they were just as hard as the ones that came with the boots. I ended up going to the local drug store and buying a pair of Dr. Scholl's gel inserts - these have helped quite a bit more. I can't really recommend the Red Wing inserts that Hanks sells if the balls of your feet hurt. They may be excellent for other conditions, but they don't relieve the soreness in the balls of my feet for me. Sorry, guys! 	The heat moldable insoles are the best buy for your feet. They provide thickness for the balls of your feet, and thickness and support for the heels. Over time, they do mold to your foot but are comfortable even before that. If you have problem feet like I do, don't get anything else. I even prefer them to Superfeet orange.

	When I saw these insoles next to all the other insoles for Red Wings, I balked at the price. Then I read the reviews and I thought to myself "Well I've had these shoes for 8 years, I can spend $40 on new insoles if they'll last me another 8." I'm really glad I did as these are the most comfortable insoles and the best arch support I've ever had in a boot. The heel feels a tad high but you get used to it quickly.

	I have been buying the Superfeet green {and needing to add another insert since the green does not have any cushioning for the ball of the feet], and Superfeet Orange [has cushioning for the ball of the feet]. However, I think the Red Wing insoles are more comfortable and stabilize the foot better. I have not tried the heat treating to mold the insole to my foot as I find that, out of the box, they fit great and are comfortable as is. They cost about the same as the Superfeet Orange so out with the Orange [definitely out is the Green], and in with the Red Wings. As a side note, I have size 13-5E feet. The Red Wing steel toe boots I purchased [in store] are size 13E2 and are wider than some other brands that are advertised as 13-5E and 13-6E, and 14-6E. So Red Wing is in, the other manufacturers are out!

	If you have low or long arches, these are for you. They have better arch support (higher arches) than Superfeet. They also have better resilience and durability than Superfeet. I used Superfeet for years (and they are pretty good), but will not go back after having used these Red Wing insoles.
