	These are the first diabetic socks that I've purchased. They are extremely comfortable. It's too soon to judge their true impact. I was impressed with the phone call I received from Hank's informing me that the color I chose wasn't available and their inquiry as to whether I'd want a different color - which they provided options of. Other sites where they've been out of stock, or no longer available, I just receive an e-mail apologizing and suggesting I choose something else or check back later. Hanks went further than many other sites will consider.
