	Northerner pacs are very comfortable, well insulated, and easy to get on and off. The zippered front allows you to slip in and out of the boot with little effort and when zipped, they hug your foot and don't flop around like some other popular boots do. I have worn my Northerners on hunts where temperatures were below zero and my feet have stayed warm and dry. This has been my footwear of choice for over 30 years, and.... they are made in the United States............

	These boots are great! I wear them in the snow, crossing creeks, in the mud. The only problem with the boots are they are slippery. If you get on a smooth floor (tile, wood, linoleum, etc.) they are very slipper if the floor is wet or your soles are wet.

	I bought a pair of these boots for my dad for Chrsitmas to replace the pair he had been wearing for the past 25 years. The zippers had finely stopped working and he had begun to wear the rubber sole smooth. He loves these boots because they are easy for him to pull on and are comfortable, warm and obviously durable. This particular style of Northerner was extremely hard to find in stores in the Midwest so I went on line and decided to order from Hanks Clothing. The service was great. I ordered on a Tuesday and had the correct product delivered to my door in Nebraska on Friday afternoon. As a side note, I own two pairs of Northerners myself - an insulated pair and an uninsulated pair and have owned others through my life. We really like the product.

	I am a life time believer of Northerner zip pac insulated boots. They are comfortable and long wearing. I find they do run a size larger than ones normal shoe size. Take this into consideration when buying

	These are one great pair of insulated boots! They not only keep my feet warm while hunting and fishing in the fall and winter, they also keep them dry. The zippered boots are much easier to get on than the laced boots. They also have more room at the top if you want to slip your jeans legs inside. This pair of boots is a replacement to a pair that I had 15 plus years. The zipper finally gave out on my old pair and some dry rot was showing up in flex areas of the boot. I wish that everything I owned would last this long. Best of all, they are made in the USA!

	I've gone thru 3 pairs (counting this one) since about 1969. These boots are water proof, warm, and comfortable. As I normally don't zip them up, the zip pacs are great because they are a boot you can leave by the front door and slip into and out of without even bending over and tying and untying laces. Saves tracking mud, water or snow over the floors. Of course, in deep snow, you can zip them up and the snow stays out. Buy a set of insoles and you can go from one thin pair to multiple pairs of thick socks as needed. Oh yes, and they are still made in the USA! This was my first purchase from Hanks. They had the best price and I'd shop at here again.

	I have been looking for these boots for a few years. I had a pair back when I was farming and they were great boots then and they look just as good now. It isn't winter yet but they will get a lot of use this coming winter. The boots are heavier than the Cabela zip front boots I have now but the Cabela boots only made it through 2 winters before breaking down. I'm looking forward to using the Northerner boots.
