	I LOVE these boots. I have very wide feet with a high arch and wear orthotics in my shoes. It has been impossible to find a waterproof boot that I can wear at work over my shoes that is not a pair of rubber galoshes. These boots are nice looking, provide great protection as well as a slip-proof tread for the wet areas of my job.

	This is my second pair of NEOS and during the New England Winter I hardly ever leave home without them. They keep my feet warm and dry and when I get to my destination I have clean shoes to wear (I hate removing my shoes and running around in stocking feet.). The weak link in their design is the plastic clips which fatigue and break, especially when they are very cold. The strap design should be modified to allow replacement of the clips without cutting and re sewing. On the other hand, if the clips were easily replaced I would still be wearing my years old pair and NEOS would not have sold me new ones.

I purchased the NEOS Voyager which was in stock. I received it in two days. The night of a 6 inch snowfall and a week before a 22inch blizzard. It worked FANTASTIC!
