These feel good right from the start but seem to feel the best after 2-3 washings. They help regulate body temp much better than cotton, and when working hard and sweating, these do a much better job of wicking away moisture than any other underwear I have tried. Definately worth trying

Feels like I'm not wearing anything, but keeps everything in place at the same time, a rare double act. Sizing is quite small, I went a size larger than my usual and would not want them any smaller. I thought the longish legs would be an issue, but they stay in place all day and don't ride up.
My only criticism (based on my preference) is that the boxers sit a little high, above where I wear my pants and belt.

The best softest, breathable underwear ever. The prices at Hank's Clothing are also the best. I searched high and low for these, I bought 7 pair at 23 bucks each, that is less then half of what Minus33 charges for just one pair. Besides the great prices and providing the best selection, the order arrived in just two days, most likely because I also live in NY. I will close with this, I will by all of my clothing needs from Hank's in the future, best service, great delivery and quality products. not much more to say.

Most comfortable boxer shorts, even more than my under armour. Would buy this product again over any other boxers.

In an effort to search for the best underwear for my more active activities, I have tried tradition cotton boxer briefs, and now own a few synthetic boxer briefs. The Minus33 merino wool boxer briefs beats them hands down.
The cotton boxer briefs were no contest at all, they don't wick and lose their ability to regulate your body temperature when wet. The synthetics that I own were much better than the cotton ones, and I even got those famed ExOfficio ones. But I must say, in comparison, these Minus33s wick moisture away much better than the ExOfficios. The ExOfficios' wicking ability drops significantly when there is little to no air flow, whereas, the Minus33s' merino wool can still remove moisture from your body and transfer them to the surface to allow for evaporation. The Minus33s also ride up less than the ExOfficios. The legs may ride up a little, but I found that they will straighten themselves out a bit when in a standing position. The ExOfficios on the other...

I wear these as my everyday underwear. Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Good comfort, good fit.
Also, no need to worry about stinking just because you worked hard all day lugging shingles up a ladder. They even protect you from the stink that results from sweating in a stuffy conference room sitting on a soft vinyl chair. Sure, you will sweat. But you will not stink. Wool is naturally anti-bacterial. No bacteria, no smell.
Though machine washable, I wash with kookaburra wash to protect the lanolin in the fibers.
