I'm so totally impressed with your service. As a first time user of your company through the Internet, we the consumers are always looking for that one perfect place were you can shop and feel safe, secure and treated like part of the family. I have dealt with a lot of on line store's but never in my wildest dream I could imagined the kind of service that I received from Hanks and its employees.
I found myself five days from the deer season opener with a pair of boots that were two years old and already ripped up. I found Hanks Clothing by doing a web search and you caught my eyes. Not only did I place my order on the 27th of November, but I was told that I would have it by Saturday the 31st. Yea, sure I heard that before. Well I had to eat my words. Hanks delivered the goods by the 30th and free of charge. You have a customer here for life. Thank you all. You save the hunting season.

Just received my order and wanted to tell you how pleased I am with my first-time buying experience at Hank's. The Website was easy to navigate, search, and place my order; everything went smoothly and "unfrustratingly". A pleasant change. My order was shipped promptly, more promptly that I had expected--even when many online companies say "your order will be shipped on date xx and arrive by date xx," so often it never turns out that way. You were true to your word and I appreciate that. The prices are resonable and the product I ordered is exactly what I wanted. Hank's was the only retailer I could find for quilted, insullated mens long johns (Codet Thermals). There are many items I plan to purchase for the upcoming holidays, and Hank's is now part of shopping list. Many thanks for a great experience.

Hello, I am a new customer for you. Hopefully a repeat customer as well.  I want to let you know what a great experience I had ordering from your company.  I have been looking for ages for a pair of pull on duck-boots!
I had done many searches on the internet over a long time  to find a pair of unlined duck-boots. I wanted to replace a worn out pair form Eddie Bauer. They didn't have this anymore at this time. I found the Baffin brand on your website which I wore for the first time tonight.  They are great!  Made in Canada as well.  WE don't really like the Chinese stuff if we can avoid it.  I never heard of this brand but I really like the quality.  I even bought the low top duck-shoe in this brand as well.  I first ordered the duck- boot and your customer service lady was just great!  I really can't remember her name? Holly?  She researched the product to give me the specs on the lining material. I later thought about it and thought I would also order the duck-shoe as I was hoping that I was going to be very happy  with this brand. I had called back and got a different lady, Julie?  She also did a fantastic job. Julie was able to combine the orders to save a few dollars for me and the order was shipped out pronto that da

The Acorn slippers I bought are wonderful. I had a pair before that wore out, but these are even better. and there was good service getting them!

I saw someone wearing a John Deere "Country Girl" sweatshirt in an airport one day and strangely felt it was something I had to own. Having grown up on a farm, but not living on one now, it spoke to my roots. Hanks Clothing was the only place I found on the internet that carried exactly what I was looking for, had it in stock in my size, and shipped it to me in just a couple of days. Thank you!

The Captain Cra-z Soap works just great on anything I get on my hands and can't get off with regular soap. So I just reach for it first.
I and my two little grand children less than a year old found the BUTT-PASTE just wonderful. It sure does a good job on little butts as well as old folks scrapes and rough skin.

Your store is the first to offer me a choice of shipping carriers and freight prices. I chose the Post Office because it was cheaper and I wasn't in a hurry. My experience with your shipment was excellent. It was delivered just as quickly as UPS would have delivered it. I doubt if that will hold true in every instance but it's close enough for jazz. If your products come up in my Christmas needs, I'll call on you.

I can't say enough about the call I received re my order when we ran into difficulty with the charge card-the code on the back had a number worn off. She was able to correct the problem & have the order shipped out immediately.
