The Carhartt WFRK294 Womens Flame Resistant Long Sleeve Shirt was designed just for women who work in possibly dangerous or harzardous conditions.  Its longer lengeth gives you added coverage if you need to bend down to get something and it wont twist up uncomfotably while you are working.  It is compliant with today's FR regulations and its long sleeves will give you full upper body protection from severe burning from electric arc and flash fires.
