The Carhartt FRA289 Mens Flame Resistant Knit Balaclava is the answer if you have a job where you need full protection around the entire face and head.  It will keep you warm if you work in cold and windy conditions, as well as protect you from electric arc and flash fire burns.  It was designed to be self extinguishing after 2 seconds once removed from the ignition source.
