I'm really not one to write product reviews (much less two for the same product line) but I need to make an exception regarding my first pair of 1889's. I've worn Carhartt for 25 years and I'd have to say that these jeans are immediately among my favorites. They fit, they're comfortable, they're well-made and they even look good. I'm sure I'm like a lot of Carhartt-wearers in that I don't care too much for all the 'fashionable' jeans out there but these 1889's seem to prove that you can enjoy a bit of fashion while retaining all of the function. Nice job, Carhartt!
