Labor Day 2015

shutterstock_187281470Labor Day in the United States is a public holiday celebrated on the first Monday in September. It honors the American labor movement and the contributions that workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of their country.

Labor day marks the end of Summer. Hopefully you got to do everything you planned. If not there is still time left to get out an explore or catch up on your outdoor chores. Snow hasn’t arrived yet. How are you celebrating? Barbecues, parades, camping? Why not shopping? Labor day sales at local retail stores can save you money on all your fall clothing.

Gather your American flags, dress in your best patriotic clothing, and go celebrate! You’ve worked hard and earned it! Happy Labor Day from all of us here at Hanks Clothing.
