Free Shipping & Returns!

We’ve been busy here at Hanks in July and one of the big projects was getting ready for our new shipping policy change and it’s one everyone is going to love. We were busy all month long implementing the changes and on Friday July 24th at about 2:00 PM EST we went live on our site with Free Shipping and Free returns on all clothing and footwear! Customers Love Free Shipping
Hanks Clothing always offered Free Shipping on orders over $99 and returns only cost customers $5.95 with the enclosed pre-paid return label. We wanted to raise the bar a bit and figure out how to offer Free Shipping on all clothing and footwear items as well as offer Free Returns. Well we think we figured it out! Worry free online ordering.
While the Free Shipping both ways will definitely save customers a few bucks we believe the better benefit of it is worry free online shopping. It just removes that worry about having $10 or $15 wrapped up in shipping cost if you need to return the item. Not sure if you need say a 9 or a 10 in Muck Boots? With the free shipping and returns on Muck Boots you can try them both and send back the one that doesn’t fit. Wondering if you need a Large or an X-Large in that Carhartt jacket? Well now with free shipping and returns on Carhartt clothing order them both and send back the one that doesn’t fit. Worry free online shopping.
