	Purchased fleece socks. Arrived quickly. Wore one pair once and developed a tear along the seam. Called and they shipped out another pair quickly and deducted the amount from the bill. 	I gave these socks to a diabetic friend, who suffers with perpetually cold feet. Traditional socks are not all that warm and the elastic bands put too much pressure on his legs as well. The Acorn Fleece socks solved both problems handily (or "footily" if you prefer)! He is now the proud owner of several pairs and uses them exclusively in the house and with shoes when he ventures outdoors. The fleece socks hit the ball out of the park!

	I bought these for my Dad. He has a pair with holes in the soles and I wanted to get him some new ones. He's older and likes sleeping in them, the pair he had were loose and comfy. And even tho he wears a size 12 shoe these are very tight and not comfy for sleeping. I'm disappointed in the sizing.

	The current xl men's fleece socks are just slightly smaller than the same version purchased a year or two ago, suggesting that the contracting manufacturer is skimping to save money, as happens frequently. Fortunately they still fit. I wear these socks usually with a thin synthetic liner in colder weather, and either the Acorn sock alone or the combination is less likely to create itching ankles in cold dry weather in old folks like myself. Normally I wear smartwool or wool/silk mixtures. I still prize my original rather formless Acorn socks, which serve as slippers, socks in bed during the winter, and travel slippers on long flights, etc. I regret those are no longer available, but admit that for daytime wear the current shape is more satisfactory.

	I have been wearing Acorn fleece socks for a number of years now but finding them in the size I need was more difficult then I expected. I finally found Hanks Clothing and "struck gold". Not only does Hanks carry my size but in more that one color to choose from. In addition, the service and communication provided by Hanks has been top notch. 	MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS SOCKS I bought him 4 pr. for Christmas and had a hard time finding any more until I found Hanks clothing. He now has 12 pair which should last him a good long time. I wash them on the hand wash in my washer don't put them in the dryer and they are great. I have a front loader machine so they are pretty dry when they come out of the machine. He says these socks are made like a sock should be made. I was only able to get him one pair of the cameo so will try and find another couple pair in that color in the XL. thank you

	I was a little concerned about fit because I'm a 13EEE and their sock was advertise to fit up to size 12. I only use them to wear over my regular socks when walking on my hardwood floors. They keep my feet warm in a cold Idaho.

	Was happy I had found them on the internet - had been searching for months..... then when I was in t States (Washington) found them in Costco 2 pairs for $15.99 I was sad that I had paid as much as I did for them on line.... As we live close to the border I will have to remember to check EVERYWHERE befor purchasing on line. It also took 3 weeks for delivery to Canada - a little disappointed with this. But my husband is happy he has 4 pairs to rotate through the year.

	I bought five pairs of these socks for my husband about four years ago on the recommendation of a friend. The friend, who has been to Antarctica a couple of times said they were great and my husband loves them. My husband wears them for work throughout the late fall, winter, and spring. He recently asked if I would get him a few more pairs of them, a sure sign he really likes them. The original five pairs are still in good shape, showing no signs of wear, no fraying or unraveling of stitching. The fleece isn't quite as thick as it was when the socks were new, but after four years I expect that. I'm impressed by how thick they still are! My husband says they are comfortable and keep his feet warm regardless of the weather.

	I found out about these socks last winter -- and boy are they good! They keep your feet warmer than anything I've tried.I still have to use a space heater in combination WITH these socks,but as I said,they keep your feet warmer than any other socks I've tried. The problem I have {as I suspect it is with most people}is NOT cold feet,but cold FLOORS! And our house is carpeted too! The cold even comes through the carpet! And I've tried those thick merlino wool socks too -- not near as good as these fleece socks!They don't seem like they'd keep your feet warm,but they do! I found this out when I tried some fleece-lined shirts and some fleece-lined jeans -- fleece keeps you warm! Some have said these socks bunch-up -- they do,but it's not a problem because they're not real thick{like those thick merlino wool socks}.So you don't have a problem getting your foot into your shoes.As I said,I still have to use a space heater in combination with these socks,but I've found no other socks as...

	I'm glad to be able to let you know how much my husband likes the two pairs of fleece socks I got for him. They're much softer than others he's tried and they're flexible at the top so he can put them on without help (he broke his hip two years ago and has trouble bending over). 	These are the best socks I've ever worn. The fleece is cozy and soft and doesn't get rough or pill after washing. As warm as my feet get they're always dry. My friends try to steal them so they will be birthday gifts through out the year. Oh and Hanks Service is superior to anywhere I've done business, you will not be disappointed.
